There is really no place to hang the towels to dry either and the room lacks a dresser to put clothes, which was odd. We knew they stopped in because there were fresh towels except on day 3, they didn't bother with towels either.
Negatives: rooms were clean enough on arrival (a bit dusty) and we saw the housekeeping staff on our floor every morning but they only made our bed once in 3 days. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk down the road and, of course, there was always good music as we walked through the hotel. The location was perfect for the American Century Golf tournament- we just walked across the street to the course. On the positive side: every staff person was warm, friendly and helpful, especially the bell staff and in Fuel Cafe.
The Hard Rock Hotel needs some improvements.
